Terms of Service

A free tool that estimates the date you could be debt-free based on the numbers you enter, and shows how changes could move that date. The date is a guide, not a guarantee — it depends entirely on the accuracy of what you enter and on your lenders' actual terms.

DebtFreedom does not provide financial, legal or credit advice, and is not a financial counsellor. We are not a lender, we don't sell loans, and nothing in the app is an offer or invitation to apply for credit. The app gives general information worked out from your own inputs.

If — and only if — you ask us to and give explicit consent, we'll pass your details to Revive Financial to contact you about debt management. DebtFreedom receives a fee of $50 from Revive Financial for each application submitted, whether or not it goes ahead. This is always disclosed again at the point you're asked, and free help is always presented first.

Enter honest, accurate numbers — the estimate is only as good as its inputs. Use the app for yourself, lawfully, and don't attempt to interfere with or misuse the service.

The service is provided free and "as is". We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and may update these terms — the "last updated" date above will change when we do.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. Otherwise, to the extent the law permits, our liability in connection with the service is limited to resupplying it, and we are not liable for decisions you make based on the estimates it shows.
